Here, the screw shaft's thread pitch gradually narrows, amplifying pressure within the filter chamber. This escalating pressure, combined with the back-pressure plate's force, compresses the sludge intensely, resulting in the production of exceptionally dry sludge cakes.
Self-Cleaning: Experience unparalleled efficiency with our self-cleaning feature. The moving rings continually rotate, gracefully dancing up and down under the influence of the running screw shaft. SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
Efficiently transport sludge from the storage tank to the metering tank using our advanced sludge conveying pump, ensuring a seamless flow.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
The sludge is metered into the flocculation mixing tank, where the precise water level adjustments allow the remaining sludge to return to the storage tank, optimizing the process.

BLENDER
Inject the polymer flocculant and watch as the sludge reacts, magically transforming into flocculant. This mixture is then expertly transported to the core of the screw, ensuring optimal processing.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
