Working Principle:

Thickening: This innovative mechanism begins as the shaft, driven by a high-precision screw, propels the surrounding moving rings into a dynamic dance of up-and-down motion. As they rhythmically move, the bulk of the water is skillfully pressed out of the thickening zone and effortlessly descends into the filtrate tank, harnessing the force of gravity to ensure optimal thickening efficiency.
Dewatering: Once thickened, the sludge embarks on a seamless journey from the thickening zone to the dewatering zone. Here, the screw shaft's deliberately narrowing thread pitch gradually intensifies the pressure within the filter chamber. Coupled with the added pressure from the back-pressure plate, this strategic compression results in drier, more compact sludge cakes, promising superior dewatering performance.
Self-Cleaning: The self-cleaning magic unfolds as the moving rings perpetually rotate up and down, propelled by the forces of the perpetually running screw shaft. This ensures that the gaps between the fixed and moving rings are meticulously cleaned, effectively preventing the common clogging issues that plague traditional dewatering equipment.

The dewatering component of the MSP (Multi-Plate Screw Press) is ingeniously designed to include a robust thickening zone and a highly efficient dewatering zone. Additionally, its integration of a special pre-concentrating device within the flocculation tank allows the MSP to effortlessly handle wastewater with low solids content. This makes the MSP remarkably versatile, accommodating an impressive range of feed solids concentrations from 2000mg/L to 50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
The sludge, residing within the sludge storage tank, is expertly channeled to the metering tank via the highly efficient sludge conveying pump, ensuring smooth and consistent transfer.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
With precision metering, the sludge is guided into the flocculation mixing tank, while excess sludge is methodically redirected back to the sludge storage tank through precise water level adjustments.

BLENDER
The injection of polymer flocculant initiates a transformative reaction with the sludge, creating robust flocculants that are skillfully transported to the main body of the screw, ensuring optimal flocculation and efficient processing.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
In the screw body, the sludge undergoes powerful extrusion and dehydration, driven by the substantial extrusion pressure arising from the strategic changes in screw diameter and pitch, delivering exceptional concentration results.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
As the gap between the moving and fixed rings of the dehydration part narrows, the decement cake undergoes meticulous dehydration, facilitated by the back pressure plate, culminating in the efficient discharge of the mud cake.
