As these rings perform their meticulous, relative motion up and down around the shaft, water is skillfully extricated from the thickening zone, cascading elegantly into the filtrate tank through the gentle force of gravity.
Dewatering: Journey with the thickened sludge as it steadily advances from the thickening zone to the dewatering zone. The narrowing screw shaft threads create a crescendo of pressure within the filter chamber. Together with the back-pressure plate, this pressure acts like a master sculptor, compressing the sludge into dryer, refined sludge cakes.
Self-Cleaning: Witness the seamless choreography as the moving rings perpetually rotate up and down, guided by the dynamic screw shaft. The interplay between fixed and moving rings ensures that potential clogging—a common issue with traditional dewatering systems—is deftly avoided, maintaining peak performance and efficiency.

The dewatering section of the MSP (Multi-Plate Screw Press) is an engineering marvel comprising a thickening zone paired with a dewatering zone. Its adaptability spans an extraordinary feed solids concentration range from 2000mg/L to 50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
The efficient sludge conveying pump effortlessly transfers sludge from the storage tank to the metering tank, ensuring a smooth and continuous flow.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Metered sludge is adeptly channeled into the flocculation mixing tank, where any surplus is skillfully redirected back to the storage tank through precise water level adjustments.

BLENDER
Within the dynamic blender, polymer flocculant is meticulously injected, sparking a chemical ballet with the sludge. This reaction forms robust flocculant, which is then conveyed efficiently to the screw's main body.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
The screw body becomes a stage for the sludge, which undergoes a transformation through powerful extrusion pressure created by the varying screw diameter and pitch. This process ensures optimal dehydration and concentration.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
As the gap between the moving and fixed rings of the dehydration section narrows, the back pressure plate takes center stage, expertly dehydrating the decement cake and ensuring efficient mud cake discharge.
