Here, an ingenious design narrows the pitch of the screw shaft threads, escalating pressure within the filter chamber to unprecedented heights. Aided by the back-pressure plate, the sludge is subjected to immense force, yielding drier sludge cakes in a seamless, continuous process.
Self-cleaning: Witness the brilliance of innovation as our moving rings, propelled by the tireless screw shaft, engage in perpetual motion. The dewatering part of MSP (multi-plate screw press) is an engineering marvel, comprising distinct thickening and dewatering zones. It boasts a uniquely integrated pre-concentrating device within the flocculation tank, masterfully handling wastewater with exceptionally low solids content. This adaptability allows it to process a remarkably wide range of feed solids concentration from 2000mg/L to an impressive 50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
In a seamless process, the sludge resting in the storage tank is efficiently conveyed to the metering tank via the industrious sludge transfer pump, ensuring smooth and continuous operation.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Upon reaching the flocculation mixing tank through precise metering, the sludge interacts within this dynamic environment. Any excess is adeptly redirected back to the storage tank, maintaining equilibrium by adjusting the water level as needed.

BLENDER
With precision, a polymer flocculant is introduced, initiating a chemical reaction with the sludge. This interaction culminates in the formation of flocculant, a key component that is seamlessly delivered to the main screw body to enhance the dewatering process.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
The concentrated sludge embarks on its final journey within the screw body, where it is subjected to the formidable extrusion pressure. This pressure, a product of varying screw diameter and pitch, effectively dehydrates the sludge, optimizing the process.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
In the dehydration section, the narrowing gap between the moving and fixed rings works in harmony with the back pressure plate. Together, they deliver an intense dewatering action, resulting in the discharge of thoroughly dehydrated mud cakes.
