Working Principle:

Thickening: As the screw-driven shaft comes into action, the innovative moving rings surrounding it navigate up and down with precision. This dynamic motion efficiently extracts the majority of the water in the thickening zone, allowing it to gracefully fall into the filtrate tank by gravitational force, ensuring optimal water separation.
Dewatering: The thickened sludge seamlessly advances from the thickening zone to the high-pressure dewatering zone. With a progressively narrowing screw shaft thread pitch, the pressure escalates within the filter chamber. Coupled with the back-pressure plate's force, this meticulously engineered system produces exceptionally dry sludge cakes, exemplifying superior water extraction.
Self-cleaning: The continuous rotation of moving rings, guided by the active screw shaft, maintains the essential gaps between fixed and moving rings. This innovative self-cleaning mechanism prevents the clogging issues that plague traditional equipment, ensuring uninterrupted and efficient operation.

The dewatering section of the MSP (Multi-Plate Screw Press) integrates both thickening and dewatering zones, enhanced by an internal pre-concentrating device within the flocculation tank. This sophisticated configuration effortlessly handles wastewater with low solids content, accommodating an extensive feed solids concentration range from 2000mg/L to an astonishing 50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
Efficiently processing sludge from the storage tank to the metering tank, this sludge conveying pump ensures seamless and continuous sludge transfer, enhancing the overall operation flow.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Through precise metering, sludge is directed to the flocculation mixing tank where remaining sludge is expertly redirected back to the storage tank by adjusting water levels, optimizing the process cycle.

BLENDER
With precision injection of polymer flocculant, the sludge reacts efficiently to form a cohesive flocculant, which is then expertly transported to the screw body for further processing.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
In the screw body, the sludge is expertly extruded and dehydrated with the immense pressure generated by the strategic variation in screw diameter and pitch, ensuring maximum efficiency.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
With precision engineering, the gap between the moving and fixed rings in the dehydration section narrows strategically, allowing the back pressure plate to effectively dehydrate and discharge the mud cake, ensuring optimal dryness and efficiency.
