Working Principle:

Thickening: As the screw shaft gracefully rotates, the dynamic rings encircle the shaft, creating a harmonious up-and-down motion. This gentle choreography effectively channels most of the water out from the thickening zone, allowing it to cascade into the filtrate tank with gravity's gentle touch.
Dewatering: Progressively onward, the thickened sludge advances resolutely from the thickening zone to the dewatering zone. Here, the screw shaft's thread pitch narrows strategically, elevating the pressure within the filter chamber to soaring heights. Complemented by the back-pressure plate's firm resistance, this synergy results in an impressively compact, dryer sludge cake.
Self-Cleaning: The moving rings, ever in motion, oscillate gracefully under the influence of the advancing screw shaft. This perpetual dance ensures that the spaces between fixed and moving rings are meticulously scrubbed, preventing the clogging that often plagues traditional dewatering machinery.
