Working Principle:

Thickening: As the screw-driven shaft turns, the surrounding moving rings oscillate vertically, effectively squeezing out the majority of water from the thickening zone. This water gracefully drains into the filtrate tank under the gentle pull of gravity.
Dewatering: The journey of the thickened sludge continues as it progresses from the thickening zone into the dewatering zone. Here, with the screw shaft thread's pitch gradually narrowing, the pressure within the filter chamber mounts steadily. Coupled with the force exerted by the back-pressure plate, this intense pressure results in the creation of much drier sludge cakes.
Self-cleaning: The innovative design ensures that the moving rings maintain a continuous rotational movement, driven by the screw shaft's momentum. This dynamic action keeps the gaps between fixed and moving rings clean, effectively preventing the clogging commonly seen in traditional dewatering systems.

Equipped with a unique pre-concentrating device, this machine handles a broad range of feed solids concentrations: from 2000mg/L to an impressive 50000mg/L.
The MSP (Multi-Plate Screw Press) dewatering section ingeniously integrates a thickening zone and a dewatering zone with a specially designed pre-concentrating device within the flocculation tank. This enables it to efficiently handle wastewater with low solids content, accommodating feed solids concentrations between 2000mg/L and 50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
The efficient sludge conveying pump seamlessly transports sludge from the storage tank to the metering tank.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
The metered sludge is directed to the flocculation mixing tank, while any excess sludge is expertly redirected back to the sludge storage tank by adjusting the water level.

BLENDER
A precise injection of polymer flocculant enters the mix, reacting with the sludge to form flocculants that are then transported to the central screw body for further processing.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
The sludge reaches the screw body zone, where it is subjected to powerful extrusion pressure, a result of the screw's diameter and pitch transformation, leading to effective dehydration.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
The gap between the dehydration part's moving and fixed rings diminishes, allowing the back pressure plate to effectively dehydrate the decement cake, culminating in the smooth discharge of mud cakes.
