Working Principle:

Thickening: As the robust screw drives the shaft, the dynamic rings encircling the shaft engage in a synchronized dance, moving up and down. During this harmonious motion, the majority of the water is skillfully extracted from the thickening zone and gracefully descends into the filtrate tank, guided by the gentle pull of gravity.
Dewatering: The journey of the thickened sludge continues uninterrupted as it glides from the thickening zone to the dewatering zone. Here, the narrowing pitch of the screw shaft thread exerts increasing pressure within the filter chamber. Coupled with the force generated by the back-pressure plate, the sludge undergoes substantial compression, resulting in the formation of substantially drier sludge cakes.
Self-Cleaning: With effortless elegance, the moving rings oscillate continuously, powered by the rotating screw shaft, maintaining a pristine state by cleaning the spaces between the fixed and moving rings. This innovative feature effectively eliminates the common clogging issues faced by conventional dewatering equipment.

Innovative pre-concentration device allows for a diverse feed solids concentration range: 2000mg/L to 50000mg/L.
The MSP (multi-plate screw press) dewatering section ingeniously combines a thickening and dewatering zone. Notably, it houses a specialized pre-concentration device within the flocculation tank. This remarkable design allows the MSP to handle wastewater with extremely low solids content effortlessly, accommodating a wide range of feed solids concentration from 2000mg/L to 50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
Efficiently, the sludge is transported from the storage tank to the metering tank by the reliable sludge conveying pump, ensuring a seamless flow in the process.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Through precise metering, sludge is directed to the flocculation mixing tank, while any excess is smoothly returned to the storage tank by adjusting the water level, optimizing the process efficiency.

BLENDER
Here, the polymer flocculant is meticulously injected, initiating a reaction with the sludge to create flocculant. This mixture is then conveyed to the main body of the screw, setting the stage for the next phase.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Upon arrival at the screw body, the sludge undergoes an intense extrusion and dehydration process. The variation in screw diameter and pitch generates powerful extrusion pressure that effectively dehydrates the sludge.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
In the dehydration segment, the narrowing gap between the moving and fixed rings, combined with the back pressure plate, adeptly dehydrates the decement cake, leading to the discharge of the refined mud cake.
