Working principle:

Thickening: As the robust shaft of the High-Efficiency SS304 Sludge Dewatering Machine is powered, the agile moving rings encircling the shaft engage in a dynamic up-and-down motion. This sophisticated mechanism ensures that the majority of water is impeccably separated in the thickening zone, effortlessly cascading into the filtrate tank by the natural pull of gravity.
Dewatering: Seamlessly transitioning from the thickening zone, the enriched sludge steadily advances to the dewatering zone. Here, the intricately designed screw shaft with its progressively narrowing pitch amplifies pressure within the filter chamber. This intensifying pressure, coupled with the strategic back-pressure plate, meticulously compresses the sludge to yield exceptionally dry sludge cakes.
Self-cleaning: Ingeniously designed, the moving rings perpetually oscillate in response to the screw shaft's propulsion. This motion effectively clears any potential blockages between the fixed and moving rings, a frequent challenge in conventional dewatering systems, thus ensuring uninterrupted operation.

The dewatering component of the MSP (multi-plate screw press) is skillfully divided into a thickening zone and a dewatering zone. Enhanced with a specialized pre-concentrating device nestled within the flocculation tank, the MSP effortlessly processes wastewater with low solids content. Its adaptable feed solids concentration capacity ranges impressively from 2000mg/L to 50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
Efficiently, the sludge residing in the storage tank is conveyed to the metering tank via a powerful sludge conveying pump, ensuring a consistent flow and optimized processing.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Through precise metering, sludge is directed into the flocculation mixing tank, while excess sludge is skillfully rerouted back to the storage tank by fine-tuning the water level, facilitating a smooth operation.

BLENDER
A specially formulated polymer flocculant is introduced, initiating a reaction with the sludge to form cohesive flocculant structures. These are then efficiently transported to the core of the screw system for further processing.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
The sludge is expertly directed to the screw body, where it is subjected to the immense pressure generated by the dynamic change in screw diameter and pitch, ensuring maximal extrusion and dehydration.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
In this advanced stage, the gap between the moving ring and the fixed ring narrows significantly, allowing the sophisticated back pressure plate to dehydrate the decement cake comprehensively, culminating in the discharge of a refined mud cake.
