Working Principle:

Thickening: As the screw-driven shaft rotates, the encircling moving rings oscillate gracefully, pressing out the majority of water from the thickening zone. This extracted water elegantly descends into the filtrate tank, guided by the forces of gravity.
Dewatering: The journey of the thickened sludge is a seamless transition from the thickening zone to the dewatering zone. With each precise twist of the screw shaft, the thread pitch narrows, intensifying the pressure within the filter chamber. Enhanced by the back-pressure plate, this process delicately extracts moisture, yielding impressively dry sludge cakes.
Self-cleaning: In a continuous dance, the moving rings glide up and down under the guidance of the rotating screw shaft. This motion meticulously cleans the gaps between the fixed and moving rings, effectively preventing the common clogging issues associated with traditional dewatering systems.

Equipped with a unique pre-concentrating device, the machine accommodates a remarkable range of feed solids concentration: 2000mg/L to 50000mg/L.
The MSP's (multi-plate screw press) dewatering component is segmented into a thickening and dewatering zone. Featuring an innovative pre-concentrating device within the flocculation tank, it efficiently handles wastewater with low solids content. The versatility in feed solids concentration ranges impressively from 2000mg/L to 50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
The sludge, nestled within the storage tank, embarks on its journey to the metering tank, gracefully transported by the sludge conveying pump.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Delivered with precision to the flocculation mixing tank, the sludge undergoes metering. Excess returns to the storage tank, skillfully managed by adjusting the water level to maintain balance.

BLENDER
In this stage, a polymer flocculant is introduced. The sludge, mingling with the flocculant, undergoes a transformation, forming flocculants that advance to the screw's main body.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Once in the screw body, the sludge encounters robust extrusion pressure, resulting from precision alterations in screw diameter and pitch. This process effectively dehydrates and compresses the sludge.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
In the dehydration phase, the narrowing gap between the moving and fixed rings, aided by the back pressure plate, effectively dehydrates the decement cake, culminating in the discharge of the mud cake.
