Brief indtroduction

The package sewage treatment plant is a modular, high-efficiency sewage biological treatment equipment. It is a biological wastewater treatment system that uses biological membrane as the main body of purification. It fully utilizes biological membrane reactors such as anaerobic biological filters and contact oxidation beds. The characteristics of large biological density, strong anti-fouling ability, low power consumption, stable operation and convenient maintenance make the system have a wide application prospect and promotion value.

At present, there are many sewage treatment technologies used at home and abroad, which are mainly divided into activated sludge method and biofilm methods. The package wastewater treatment plant integrate anaerobic tank, anoxic ank, oxic tank, secondary sedimente tank, Sludge tank and clean water tank into one plant . 

Detailed equipment introduction

Process flow: Sewage----grid channel---- equalize tank-----anoxic tank-----  aerobic tank ------ settling tank ----- cleaning water tank ---- reuse or discharge

Grid channel and equalize tank use civil structure, client build them.

The package treatment plant include : dissolved air flotation unit ( some sewage need this treatment process), anaerobic tank, anoxic tank, aerobic tank, settling tank and clean water tank.

Details for whole plant

Dissolved air flotation unit : some sewage main contains large amount of suspended matters, such as paper sewage, so need use DAF unit to reduce SS content first.

Biological carrier : aerobic and anaerobic bacteria attach to biological carriers, grow and multiply, and form pellicles,  they would consume organic matter during growth and reproduction, and purify wastewater.

Equipment room : All the electric equipment, control box, pumps, air blowers, water softener and other related equipments are installed in this room. We would install all this equipment ready before leave factory.

Aerate system : We use ABS microporous aerator, small aperture, high precision, no clogging. This aerators are placed in oxic tank to add oxygen content in water.


Advantage

1. Strong resistance to shock loads. The average residence time of the contact oxidation method is more than 6 hours;

2. It has the ability to remove nitrogen and phosphorus, and can adjust the structure of the equipment to achieve the ability to treat industrial wastewater, domestic sewage, and urban sewage.

3. The fillers in the contact oxidation tank are mostly composed of soft fillers, which are light weight, high strength, stable in physical and chemical properties, large specific surface area, strong biofilm adhesion ability, and high contact efficiency between sewage and biofilms; [3]

4. In the contact oxidation tank, aeration is used to conduct blast aeration so that the fiber bundles are continuously drifted, the aeration is uniform, and the microorganisms are matured and matured, and have the characteristics of activated sludge method;

5. The effluent water quality is stable, sludge production is small and easy to handle;

6. The submersible pump can be installed in the equipment to reduce the investment in the project;

7, equipment can be located on the ground, but also buried in the ground. When buried in the ground, the upper part can be covered and used for greening. The plant area is small and there are few ground structures;

Related products

Mechanical bar screen : used in pretreatment process, to remove large solid waste such as peel, confetti, leaves etc. This kind machine is rotary bar screen, rubbish and solids are taken out from water and sent to machien tap, then flow down to scum trap. Self clean no need to clean by worker.

Belt oil skimmer : Used in pretreatment process, to remove floating oil in wastewater. Usually used in industrial sewage which have large amount of floating oil.

Sludge dewatering machine : Sewage treatment process would generate large amount of sludge, his kind of sludge is very dilute and needs to be dehydrated to be able to be pulled to the drying yard for drying, or dried by drying equipment. The sludge dewatering machine include :  Stacked screw sludge dewatering machine, frame filter press, belt filter press.
