Working Principle:

Thickening: As the screw-driven shaft rotates, the dynamic rings surrounding it oscillate vertically. This motion efficiently extracts the majority of water in the thickening zone, allowing it to flow gracefully into the filtrate tank, driven by gravity.
Dewatering: The thickened sludge is propelled onward from the thickening zone into the dewatering area. Here, the pitch of the screw shaft gradually tightens, significantly increasing pressure within the filter chamber. With the added force from the rear-positioned pressure plate, the sludge is robustly compressed, yielding drier sludge cakes of exceptional quality.
Self-cleaning: The seamless interaction of moving rings, driven by the screw shaft, ensures continuous motion that keeps the spaces between fixed and moving rings clear, effectively preventing blockages—an issue common in conventional dewatering systems.

Innovative pre-concentration mechanism, accommodating an extensive range of feed solids concentration: 2000mg/L-50000mg/L
The MSP (multi-plate screw press) dewatering section is comprised of both a thickening and a dewatering zone. An advanced pre-concentration device is integrated within the flocculation tank, enabling it to adeptly handle wastewater of remarkably low solids content. Consequently, the MSP embraces a versatile feed solids concentration spectrum, spanning from 2000mg/L to a considerable 50000mg/L.
