Working Process

Sludge Transport: The sludge is delivered to the sludge inlet port via the sludge delivery pump.
Flow Adjustment & Mixing: The sludge is then transferred to the flocculation mixing tank after flow rate adjustment in the metering tank, where it is thoroughly stirred and mixed by the agitator.
Floc Formation: After complete agitation, large flocs (alum flowers) are formed and fed into the main body of the dewatering screw.
Gravity Concentration: The flocs entering the concentration section are concentrated by gravity as they move toward the dewatering section.
Pressure Dewatering:

The gap between the moving ring and fixed ring in the dewatering section gradually narrows.
Further pressure is applied by adjusting the back-pressure plate at the discharge outlet.
Finally, the dewatered sludge cake is discharged.
