This motion effectively presses out the majority of water from the sludge in the thickening zone, allowing it to gracefully descend into the filtrate tank through the power of gravity.
2 Dewatering: The thickened sludge embarks on a seamless journey from the thickening zone to the dewatering zone. Here, the narrowing pitch of the screw shaft thread intensifies the pressure within the filter chamber, elevated further by the back-pressure plate. This remarkable combination results in highly compressed, drier sludge cakes, optimizing the dewatering process.
3 Self-Cleaning: Witness the marvel of continuous self-cleaning action. The moving rings perpetually rotate, guided by the screw shaft, ensuring that the gaps between the fixed and moving rings remain pristine and clog-free, overcoming the common pitfalls of traditional dewatering equipment.

The dewatering prowess of the MSP (Multi-Plate Screw Press) is remarkable, comprising a sophisticated thickening zone and a powerful dewatering zone. Enhanced with an inner-mounted special pre-concentrating device within the flocculation tank, it effortlessly handles wastewater with low solids content, boasting a versatile feed solids concentration range of 2000mg/L to 50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
From the depths of the sludge storage tank, the metering tank receives a steady flow of sludge, transported with precision by the dedicated sludge conveying pump.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Through metered precision, the sludge transitions into the flocculation mixing tank. Simultaneously, any excess sludge is carefully redirected back to the storage tank by adjusting the water levels, ensuring optimal processing.

BLENDER
Here begins the transformative process: the injection of a polymer flocculant initiates a reaction with the sludge, forming robust flocculant structures that are then seamlessly transferred to the screw's main body.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
The journey continues as the sludge is introduced to the screw body, where it is subjected to vigorous extrusion and dehydration, empowered by the strategic change in screw diameter and pitch.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
As the moving ring and fixed ring gap narrows in the dehydration part, the back pressure plate works its magic, extracting moisture and resulting in beautifully dehydrated decement cakes, which are effortlessly discharged.
