Working Principle:

Thickening: As the screw-driven shaft rotates, the moving rings around it ingeniously oscillate. This movement allows the majority of water to be efficiently extricated from the thickening zone, cascading gracefully into the filtrate tank through gravitational force.
Dewatering: The journey of the thickened sludge from the thickening zone to the dewatering zone is a marvel of engineering. With each progression, the screw shaft’s thread pitch becomes increasingly compact, amplifying the pressure in the filter chamber to unprecedented levels. Coupled with the back-pressure plate, this results in the sludge being robustly compressed, culminating in the production of significantly drier sludge cakes.
Self-Cleaning: An avant-garde self-cleaning mechanism ensures that as the moving rings perpetually rotate, propelled by the running screw shaft, the interspaces between fixed and moving rings are meticulously cleaned. This innovation eradicates the frequent clogging issues that plague traditional dewatering equipment.

The MSP's (multi-plate screw press) dewatering segment seamlessly integrates a thickening zone with a dewatering zone. Notably, an exceptional pre-concentrating device resides within the flocculation tank, ensuring that even wastewater with low solids content is efficiently managed. This broadens the range for feed solids concentration to an impressive 2000mg/L-50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
From the sludge storage tank, the sludge is adeptly transported to the metering tank via the sludge conveying pump, ensuring smooth and efficient sludge management.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
With precision metering, sludge is directed to the flocculation mixing tank, while the remaining sludge is expertly redirected back to the sludge storage tank by adjusting the water level, allowing for optimal processing and control.

BLENDER
The polymer flocculant is introduced, initiating a reactive dance with the sludge to create flocculant, which is then seamlessly transported to the core of the screw for further processing.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Within the screw body, sludge undergoes a rigorous compression and dehydration process, driven by the formidable extrusion pressure generated from the dynamic alteration of the screw diameter and pitch.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
As the gap between the moving and fixed rings of the dehydration segment delicately narrows, the decement cake is methodically dehydrated by the back pressure plate, facilitating the discharge of the refined mud cake.
