Working Principle:

Thickening: Our advanced SS304 Sludge Dewatering Machine employs a highly efficient process where the screw-driven shaft initiates movement in the surrounding rings. This relative motion effectively presses out the majority of water from the thickening zone, allowing it to gracefully dribble down into the filtrate tank under the power of gravity.
Dewatering: As the thickened sludge makes its determined journey from the thickening zone to the dewatering zone, the design of the screw shaft ensures the thread pitch becomes progressively narrower. This intelligent engineering amplifies the pressure in the filter chamber to new heights. Together with the formidable force exerted by the back-pressure plate, it significantly compresses the sludge, yielding drier and more compact sludge cakes.
Self-Cleaning: Ingeniously designed, the moving rings perpetually rotate up and down, driven by the active screw shaft. This continuous motion diligently cleans the gaps between the fixed and moving rings, effectively preventing the frequent clogs seen in conventional dewatering equipment.

Special Pre-Concentrating Device, Wide Feed Solids Concentration: 2000mg/L-50000mg/L
The Multi-Plate Screw Press (MSP) incorporates a multifaceted dewatering section including a thickening zone and a dewatering zone, enriched with a special pre-concentrating device nested within the flocculation tank. This sophisticated design ensures that even wastewater with minimal solids content poses no challenge to MSP. It handles an impressive range of feed solids concentrations, from as low as 2000mg/L to as high as 50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
From the sludge storage tank, our meticulously designed sludge conveying pump efficiently transfers the sludge to the metering tank, ensuring seamless processing.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
In the flocculation mixing tank, precise metering ensures optimal sludge transfer, while any excess is expertly redirected back to the sludge storage tank by meticulous water level adjustments.

BLENDER
Upon injection, the polymer flocculant catalyzes a reaction with the sludge, forming a robust flocculant mass. This is then transported efficiently to the core of the screw, ensuring seamless integration into the dewatering process.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Transported to the screw body, the sludge is subjected to an intense extrusion and dehydration process. This is driven by the substantial extrusion pressure generated through precise variations in screw diameter and pitch, ensuring maximum efficiency.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
Within the dehydration segment, the narrowing gap between the moving and fixed rings, coupled with the back pressure plate, adeptly dehydrates the decement cake, culminating in the effective discharge of the mud cake.
