Brief indtroduction

    A large amount of wastewater is generated during the plastic cleaning process, and the wastewater mainly contains sediment and other impurities attached to the surface of the plastic.
    If it is discharged without treatment, it will pollute the environment and cause waste of water resources.         
    Washing plastic wastewater treatment is simple, generally after adding flocculant to settle treatment, the effluent is very clear and can reach the standard of reuse. The direct discharge of these wastewaters without treatment will inevitably have a significant impact on the environment.


Detailed equipment introduction

Flocculation + sedimentation + air flotation + filtration + disinfection

1. Focculation : waste water contains a lot of SS, after add PAC and PAM liquid, most of SS will become large flocs, these flocs have different specific gravity, large gravity flocs will set to the bottom of the water, small gravity flocs will suspend in water.
2. Sedimentation : we use inclind tube clarifier to sink large flocs, water flow into this tubes by bottom, large flocs will sink to the wall of tube , water flow out from overflow wire.
3. Air flotation : small flocs flow out of the inclind tubes, so we use dissolved air fltoation tank to remove them. Nano bubble generator will take small flocs to water surface, scraper will remove the floating scum to scum slot.
4. Filtration : effluent water from air flotation become clear,  use quartz sand and activated carbon filter to filtrate water. filtrated water become clear.
5. Disinfection : this process according to client require




Scope of application

Domestic sewage, residential sewage, residential villages, villages and towns, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, sanatoriums, institutions, schools, hospitals, highways, railways, factories, mines, tourist attractions, etc.

Mechanical bar screen : used in pretreatment process, to remove large solid waste such as peel, confetti, leaves etc. This kind machine is rotary bar screen, rubbish and solids are taken out from water and sent to machien tap, then flow down to scum trap. Self clean no need to clean by worker.

Belt oil skimmer : Used in pretreatment process, to remove floating oil in wastewater. Usually used in industrial sewage which have large amount of floating oil.

Oil and grease trap :  this machine effect is same as belt oil sikmmer, to remove floating oil in sewage.Usually hotel, restaurant sewage have large amount oil, need to remove in advance. If not, this oil and grease will affect the biochemical reaction.

Sludge dewatering machine : Sewage treatment process would generate large amount of sludge, his kind of sludge is very dilute and needs to be dehydrated to be able to be pulled to the drying yard for drying, or dried by drying equipment. The sludge dewatering machine include :  Stacked screw sludge dewatering machine, frame filter press, belt filter press.
