Working Principle:

Thickening: As the screw propels the shaft, the surrounding moving rings oscillate up and down in unison. This dynamic action expertly extracts the majority of the water from the thickening zone, channeling it effortlessly into the filtrate tank through natural gravity.
Dewatering: The journey of the thickened sludge continues seamlessly from the thickening zone to the dewatering zone. Here, the narrowing pitch of the screw shaft thread artfully elevates the pressure within the filter chamber, while the back-pressure plate further intensifies this force. The result? An impressively pressed sludge that forms extraordinarily dry sludge cakes.
Self-Cleaning: The innovative design ensures the moving rings rotate perpetually, guided by the active screw shaft. This action maintains the cleanliness of gaps between fixed and moving rings, effectively preventing the clogging issues that are prevalent in conventional dewatering equipment.

The MSP's (Multi-Plate Screw Press) dewatering section is intricately designed with both a thickening and a dewatering zone. Enhanced by an integrated pre-concentrating device within the flocculation tank, it effortlessly manages wastewater with low solids content. Its versatility shines with a feed solids concentration range spanning from 2000mg/L to an impressive 50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
From the sludge storage tank, the sludge is efficiently transported to the metering tank by the robust sludge conveying pump, ensuring smooth operation.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
With precision metering, sludge is directed to the flocculation mixing tank, allowing for optimal treatment. Excess sludge is adeptly redirected back to the sludge storage tank through water level adjustments.

BLENDER
In this critical stage, the polymer flocculant is introduced, catalyzing a reaction with the sludge to form flocculant. This is then seamlessly transported to the main body of the screw, ready for further processing.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Once in the screw body, the sludge encounters powerful extrusion pressure. This is skillfully generated by the variation in screw diameter and pitch, ensuring effective dehydration.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
In the dehydration stage, the gap between the moving and fixed rings narrows strategically. The back pressure plate then expertly dehydrates the decement cake, efficiently discharging the resulting mud cake.
