Dewatering: Watch as the thickened sludge advances effortlessly from the thickening zone into the dewatering zone, where the screw shaft thread's ingenious design intensifies pressure progressively. Coupled with the additional force from the back-pressure plate, this results in the production of remarkably dry sludge cakes, optimizing your dewatering process.
Self-cleaning: Revel in the innovation of continuous self-cleaning as the moving rings glide up and down, driven by the powerful screw shaft. This movement expertly cleans the gaps between the fixed and moving rings, mitigating the clogs that traditional equipment often encounters, ensuring sustained performance.

The dewatering component of the MSP (multi-plate screw press) houses both a thickening and dewatering zone, enhanced by an internal pre-concentrating device within the flocculation tank. This design makes it adept at handling wastewater with low solids content, allowing for an impressively broad feed solids concentration range of 2000mg/L to 50000mg/L, showcasing remarkable versatility.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
Effortlessly transport sludge from the storage tank to the metering tank using our reliable sludge conveying pump, ensuring a steady and controlled transfer process.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Precisely meter and transport the sludge to the flocculation mixing tank. Here, any excess sludge is skillfully returned to the storage tank through water level adjustments, optimizing resource management.

BLENDER
With precision, inject the polymer flocculant to react with the sludge, forming efficient flocculant. This blend is then strategically directed towards the core of the screw press, ensuring optimal downstream processing.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Within the screw body, the sludge undergoes a robust extrusion dehydration process. This is made possible by the strategic variation in screw diameter and pitch, generating the pressure needed for effective water removal.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
By cleverly narrowing the gap between the moving and fixed rings in the dehydration section, and utilizing the back-pressure plate, the dewatered cake is efficiently compressed and discharged, enhancing overall dewatering efficiency.
