Working Principle:

Thickening: Experience an innovative approach as the shaft, driven by the screw, maneuvers the moving rings up and down. This dynamic action ensures that the majority of water is efficiently expelled from the thickening zone, cascading gracefully into the filtrate tank, all powered by gravity.
Dewatering: Seamlessly transition from the thickening zone to the dewatering zone, as the thickened sludge advances. With a screw shaft thread design that artfully narrows, the pressure within the filter chamber dramatically intensifies. Amplified by the back-pressure plate, the sludge undergoes thorough compression, resulting in exceptionally dry sludge cakes.
Self-Cleaning: The continuous rotation of the moving rings, propelled by the running screw shaft, ingeniously ensures the gaps between fixed and moving rings remain pristine. This self-cleaning mechanism prevents clogging, a common issue in traditional dewatering systems.

The MSP (Multi-Plate Screw Press) boasts a dewatering section comprising both a thickening zone and a dewatering zone. Enhanced by a special pre-concentrating device inside the flocculation tank, it expertly manages wastewater with low solids content. Its impressive feed solids concentration range extends from 2000mg/L to 50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
From the sludge storage tank, the specialized sludge conveying pump diligently delivers sludge to the metering tank.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
In the flocculation mixing tank, sludge transportation is meticulously metered, with any surplus sludge efficiently recirculated back to the storage tank via water level adjustments.

BLENDER
The precise injection of polymer flocculant initiates a transformative reaction with sludge, forming robust flocculants that are expertly conveyed to the main screw body.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Within the screw body, the sludge undergoes intense extrusion and dehydration. This is achieved through powerful extrusion pressure generated by the deft alteration of screw diameter and pitch.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
In the dehydration segment, the narrowing gap between the moving and fixed rings works in tandem with the back pressure plate to expertly dehydrate the decement cake, efficiently discharging the resultant mud cake.
