Working Principle:

Thickening: As the screw shaft rotates, moving rings encircle the shaft, gliding gracefully to compress water from the thickening zone. This water effortlessly flows into the filtrate tank, purged by gravity, revealing an efficient thickening process.
Dewatering: The journey of the thickened sludge continues as it progresses from the thickening zone into the dewatering zone. Here, the screw shaft's thread pitch gradually narrows, intensifying pressure in the filter chamber. Further bolstered by the back-pressure plate, this heightened pressure yields impressively dry sludge cakes, redefining dewatering efficiency.
Self-cleaning: By persistently rotating up and down, the moving rings effectively cleanse the gaps between fixed and moving rings, thwarting blockages common in traditional dewatering machinery. Experience uninterrupted performance with our advanced self-cleaning design.

Special Pre-concentrating Device, Wide Feed Solids Concentration: 2000mg/L-50000mg/L
The MSP (Multi-Plate Screw Press) showcases a remarkable dewatering section, composed of a thickening and a dewatering zone. Enhanced with an internal pre-concentrating device within the flocculation tank, it competently processes wastewater with low solids content. The versatile feed solids concentration ranges expansively from 2000mg/L to 50000mg/L, setting new standards in adaptability.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
Seamlessly conveying sludge from the storage tank to the metering tank, the sludge conveying pump ensures efficient transfer, maintaining optimal flow without interruptions.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
By expertly metering sludge into the flocculation mixing tank, any excess is returned to the storage tank. Water level adjustments facilitate a balanced and efficient sludge processing cycle.

BLENDER
With precision polymer flocculant injection, the sludge interacts to form flocculant, which is seamlessly transported to the screw’s main body, ensuring thorough blending and optimal reaction.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Within the screw body, the sludge is expertly compressed and dehydrated. The strong extrusion pressure, born from the strategic variation in screw diameter and pitch, assures superior dehydration results.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
As the gap between the moving and fixed rings in the dehydration part narrows, the cake undergoes dehydration via the back pressure plate. This sophisticated design guarantees efficient mud cake discharge.
