Here, the screw shaft thread pitch artfully narrows, escalating pressure within the filter chamber. Alongside the back-pressure plate's force, the sludge undergoes intense compression, transforming into remarkably dry sludge cakes.
Self-cleaning: Our cutting-edge design ensures continuous rotation of the moving rings, powered by the screw shaft. This motion diligently prevents clogging by maintaining clean gaps between the fixed and moving rings, a common issue in traditional dewatering systems.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
With precision metering, sludge is directed to the flocculation mixing tank. Adjusting the water level allows surplus sludge to return to the storage tank.

BLENDER
Introduce the polymer flocculant and witness the transformation as sludge interacts to form robust flocculants, which are seamlessly conveyed to the screw's main body.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Sludge enters the screw body, where it meets its destiny through potent extrusion pressure, skillfully generated by the changing screw diameter and pitch, resulting in efficient dehydration.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
