Here, the world transforms as the screw shaft thread tightens its embrace, narrowing its pitch, escalating the pressure within the filter chamber. This pressure is further intensified by the masterful force of the back-pressure plate, resulting in perfectly compressed sludge and pristinely dry sludge cakes.
Self-Cleaning: Experience the brilliance of innovation as the moving rings, driven by the continuous rotation of the screw shaft, perpetually cleanse themselves. The MSP (Multi-Plate Screw Press) showcases advanced engineering with its dual-zone dewatering component, comprising a thickening zone and a dewatering zone. An inner-mounted special pre-concentrating device within the flocculation tank allows this marvel to handle even wastewater with low solids content, boasting an impressive feed solids concentration range of 2000mg/L-50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
The journey begins as sludge from the storage tank is elegantly conveyed to the metering tank via the adept sludge conveying pump.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Through precise metering, the sludge is gracefully transported to the flocculation mixing tank while any excess is ingeniously redirected back to the storage tank via water level adjustments.

BLENDER
Enter the polymer flocculant, joining forces with the sludge to initiate a transformative reaction, culminating in the formation of flocculant, which is then seamlessly transported to the main body of the screw.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Within the screw body, the sludge is subjected to immense extrusion and dehydration, thanks to the powerful squeezing pressure generated by alterations in the screw's diameter and pitch.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
A masterstroke of engineering occurs as the gap between the moving and fixed rings narrows, while the back pressure plate dehydrates the decement cake, resulting in the smooth discharge of the mud cake.
