Working Principle:

Thickening: As the screw-driven shaft elegantly turns, the surrounding moving rings dance up and down, squeezing water out of the thickening zone. This water gracefully drips down into the filtrate tank, harnessing the power of gravity.
Dewatering: The journey of sludge continues seamlessly from the thickening zone into the dewatering zone. With the screw shaft's pitch becoming ever tighter, pressure within the filter chamber intensifies significantly. Supported by the back-pressure plate's additional force, the sludge is impeccably compressed, producing remarkably dry sludge cakes.
Self-Cleaning: Moving rings elegantly glide up and down, driven by the rotating screw shaft. This motion ensures that the gaps between fixed and moving rings remain immaculate, preventing the frequent clogs encountered by traditional dewatering machinery.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
From the depths of the sludge storage tank, the sludge smoothly travels to the metering tank, thanks to the efficient sludge conveying pump.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Metering precision ensures sludge is channeled into the flocculation mixing tank. Excess sludge cleverly returns to the storage tank, controlled by the adept water level adjustments.

BLENDER
Polymer flocculant seamlessly integrates with the sludge, creating a perfect blend of flocculant, which is then guided towards the screw's central body for processing.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
The sludge embarks on its journey into the screw body, where it undergoes intense extrusion and dehydration, powered by the ingenious design of varying screw diameter and pitch.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
As the gap narrows between the moving and fixed rings in the dehydration segment, the back pressure plate masterfully extracts moisture, yielding perfectly dehydrated mud cakes.
