Working Principle:

Thickening: Experience the efficiency when the shaft, driven by a dynamic screw, sets the surrounding rings into a rhythmic dance of upward and downward motions. Most of the water is squeezed out from the robust thickening zone, cascading elegantly into the filtrate tank through gravity's gentle pull.
Dewatering: As the thickened sludge gracefully advances from the thickening zone towards the dewatering domain, the magic unfolds. The screw shaft's thread pitch becomes more compact, intensifying the pressure within the filter chamber. Accompanied by the force exerted by the back-pressure plate, the sludge is expertly compressed, yielding drier and more refined sludge cakes.
Self-Cleaning: The perpetual rotation of the moving rings, driven by the screw shaft's motion, ensures cleanliness by maintaining the gaps between the fixed and moving rings. This innovative mechanism prevents clogs, which are a common challenge for traditional dewatering equipment.

Special pre-concentrating device ensures a wide feed solids concentration range: 2000mg/L-50000mg/L.
The MSP (multi-plate screw press) boasts a dewatering section combining both thickening and dewatering zones. An ingeniously mounted pre-concentrating device within the flocculation tank allows it to handle wastewater with low solids content effortlessly. The adaptable feed solids concentration impressively ranges from 2000mg/L to 50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
From the reservoir of sludge in the storage tank, our sludge conveying pump skillfully transfers the mixture to the precise metering tank.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
With precision metering, sludge is guided to the flocculation mixing tank while excess returns to the storage tank, balanced by water level adjustments.

BLENDER
Here, the polymer flocculant meets the sludge, engaging in a chemical dance to create flocculant, which is then seamlessly transported to the core of the screw.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Sludge is channeled into the screw body, where it undergoes powerful extrusion and dehydration, driven by the transformative changes in screw diameter and pitch.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
The intricate gap between the moving and fixed rings within the dehydration section narrows, while the back pressure plate deftly dehydrates the decement cake, resulting in the discharge of compact mud cake.
