Working Principle:

Thickening: As the screw-driven shaft rotates, the surrounding moving rings perform a rhythmic dance, gliding gracefully up and down. This motion enables the thickening zone to efficiently extract water, which then descends elegantly into the filtrate tank, driven by the gentle force of gravity.
Dewatering: The journey of the sludge continues as it progresses seamlessly from the thickening zone to the dewatering zone. Here, the magic intensifies as the screw shaft's pitch narrows, ramping up the pressure within the filter chamber. Along with the strategic back-pressure plate, this results in the sludge being pressed with precision, culminating in the creation of drier, more compact sludge cakes.
Self-Cleaning: The innovation of our design shines as the moving rings glide continuously, driven by the advancing screw shaft. This meticulous motion keeps the gaps between the fixed and moving rings clear, significantly reducing the risk of clogging—a common issue that plagues traditional dewatering solutions.

The MSP's dewatering segment is a marvel comprised of both a thickening zone and a dewatering zone. Enhanced by a remarkable pre-concentrating device, ingeniously housed within the flocculation tank, this ensures even wastewater with low solids content poses no challenge. The MSP proudly accommodates an impressive range of feed solids concentration, spanning from 2000mg/L to a staggering 50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
In a seamless cycle, the sludge held within the storage tank embarks on its journey, efficiently transported to the metering tank through the robust sludge conveying pump.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Through precise metering, the sludge gracefully makes its way to the flocculation mixing tank, while the remaining sludge is expertly redirected back to the storage tank, ensuring optimal levels are maintained by adjusting the water level.

BLENDER
As the polymer flocculant is introduced, it orchestrates a brilliant reaction with the sludge, forming cohesive flocculant structures. These are then seamlessly directed towards the heart of the screw mechanism.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
In the screw body, the sludge embarks on its transformation, subjected to the formidable extrusion pressure crafted by the dynamic changes in the screw's diameter and pitch, resulting in efficient dehydration.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
The expertly engineered narrowing gap between the moving and fixed rings in the dehydration section, coupled with the back pressure plate, facilitates thorough dehydration of the decement cake, culminating in the discharge of perfectly formed mud cakes.
