Here, the narrowing screw shaft threads generate increasing pressure within the filter chamber, complemented by the pressure from the back-pressure plate. This synergy results in the transformation of sludge into dry sludge cakes, optimizing your dewatering process like never before.
Self-cleaning: Experience a revolutionary self-cleaning mechanism where the moving rings, driven by the running screw shaft, rotate diligently. SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
The reliable sludge conveying pump efficiently transports sludge from the storage tank to the metering tank, ensuring a streamlined process every step of the way.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Through precise metering, sludge is channeled to the flocculation mixing tank. Here, any excess sludge is deftly redirected back to the storage tank by adjusting the water levels, promoting efficiency.

BLENDER
Injecting polymer flocculant initiates a transformative reaction where sludge and polymer flocculant unite to form robust flocculant, ready for seamless transportation to the core of the screw.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Within the screw body, powerful extrusion pressure generated by variations in screw diameter and pitch effectively dehydrates the transported sludge, paving the way for superior moisture reduction.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
