Working Principle:

Thickening: As the screw-driven shaft rotates, the surrounding moving rings oscillate up and down, facilitating the extraction of water. This results in water being efficiently pressed out from the thickening zone, cascading gracefully into the filtrate tank by the force of gravity.
Dewatering: The thickened sludge advances seamlessly from the thickening zone into the dewatering zone. As the screw shaft's thread decreases in pitch, the pressure within the filter chamber intensifies, augmented by the back-pressure plate. This compounded pressure ensures the sludge is thoroughly compressed, yielding drier, robust sludge cakes.
Self-Cleaning: With the dynamic rotation of moving rings, propelled by the screw shaft's momentum, the intricate gaps between fixed and moving rings are consistently cleansed. This innovation prevents the frequent clogs associated with conventional dewatering equipment, maintaining efficiency and reliability.

Our MSP (multi-plate screw press) boasts a sophisticated dewatering mechanism comprised of both thickening and dewatering zones. Augmented by an internal pre-concentrating device within the flocculation tank, it adeptly handles wastewater with lower solids content. The MSP accommodates a remarkably wide feed solids concentration spectrum from 2000mg/L to 50000mg/L, exemplifying its adaptability.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
The sludge is efficiently transported from the storage tank to the metering tank using the sludge conveying pump, ensuring a smooth and consistent feed.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Precisely metered sludge is directed into the flocculation mixing tank, with any excess being seamlessly redirected to the storage tank, thanks to a finely tuned water level adjustment mechanism.

BLENDER
A precise injection of polymer flocculant catalyzes a reaction with the sludge, forming flocculants that are then conveyed to the screw's main body for further processing.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
In the screw concentration part, the sludge is strategically transported into the screw body. Here, it undergoes rigorous extrusion and dehydration, driven by the intense pressure generated by variations in the screw diameter and pitch.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
As the gap between the moving and fixed rings narrows in the dehydration section, the back pressure plate exerts a forceful dehydration effect, discharging the resultant mud cake with precision.
