With a meticulously designed screw shaft that features a progressively narrowing thread pitch, the pressure within the filter chamber intensifies. Coupled with additional pressure from the back-pressure plate, this system effectively compresses the sludge, creating exceptionally dry sludge cakes. Self-cleaning: Our innovative design incorporates a self-cleaning mechanism that ensures optimal performance. The MSP's dewatering excellence is twofold, comprising both a thickening zone and a dewatering zone. Equipped with a unique pre-concentrating device within the flocculation tank, it is adept at handling wastewater with varying solids content. This adaptability allows the system to efficiently process feed solids concentrations ranging widely from 2000mg/L to a remarkable 50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
The sludge transfer process is a seamless operation with our system. From the storage tank, the sludge is efficiently transported to the metering tank using a precise sludge conveying pump, ensuring a smooth and controlled transfer.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Within the flocculation mixing tank, sludge is accurately metered and mixed to optimal levels. Any excess sludge is ingeniously redirected back to the storage tank by adjusting the water level, ensuring a balanced and effective mixing process.

BLENDER
In the blending stage, a specialized polymer flocculant is introduced, catalyzing a reaction that forms flocculant. This carefully blended sludge, now enriched, is then transported to the core of the screw system, ensuring seamless integration into the dewatering process.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Our screw concentration part harnesses the power of innovative design. As the sludge reaches the screw body, it is subjected to intense extrusion pressure, generated by variations in the screw's diameter and pitch. This strong pressure effectively dehydrates the sludge, maximizing its efficiency.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
In the final dehydration stage, the narrowing gap between the moving and fixed rings enhances pressure application. The back pressure plate plays a pivotal role in effectively dehydrating the sludge, ensuring the production of compact, dry mud cakes that are easy to handle and dispose of.
