Working Principle:

Thickening: The innovative design allows the screw-driven shaft to set the surrounding moving rings into a rhythmic dance of up and down motions. This action ensures that the majority of water escapes from the thickening zone, gracefully descending into the filtrate tank, thanks to the power of gravity.
Dewatering: As the robust thickened sludge journeys forward from the thickening zone into the dewatering zone, it is met with a narrowing screw shaft thread pitch. This clever design significantly ramps up the pressure within the filter chamber. Coupled with the strategic pressure from the back-pressure plate, the sludge is efficiently compressed, culminating in the creation of drier sludge cakes.
Self-cleaning: Seamlessly rotating up and down, the moving rings, propelled by the dynamic screw shaft, ensure the gaps between fixed and moving rings remain pristine. This proactive cleaning mechanism prevents the frequent clogging issues that plague traditional dewatering machinery.

The MSP's (Multi-Plate Screw Press) dewatering mechanism is comprised of an efficient thickening zone and an advanced dewatering zone. An additional pre-concentrating device is strategically installed within the flocculation tank. This allows the MSP to handle wastewater with remarkably low solids content effortlessly. The adaptable feed solids concentration is impressively broad, spanning from 2000mg/L to 50000mg/L.

Sludge Transfer Pump
Sludge from the storage tank is expertly transported to the metering tank by the reliable sludge conveying pump, ensuring optimal flow.

Flocculation Mixing Tank
Expertly metered sludge is conveyed to the flocculation mixing tank, where any excess is delicately returned to the sludge storage tank by modulating the water level.

Blender
Injecting the polymer flocculant sets off a crucial reaction with the sludge, forming effective flocculant. This mixture is then smoothly transported to the core of the screw system for further processing.

Screw Concentration Part
Once in the screw body, the sludge is subjected to powerful extrusion and dehydration, thanks to the enhanced pressure from varying screw diameters and pitches, delivering optimal results.

Back Pressure Plate Dehydration
As the moving ring narrows the gap with the fixed ring in the dehydration section, the decement cake is expertly dehydrated by the back pressure plate, efficiently discharging neatly formed mud cakes.
