Working Principle:

Thickening: As the screw shaft propels its motion, the surrounding moving rings glide up and down in a harmonious dance. In this engaging thickening zone, water gracefully departs, dripping into the filtrate tank below through the power of gravity.
Dewatering: Embarking from the thickening zone, the sludge journeys towards the dewatering zone with an unwavering momentum. Here, the narrowing screw shaft threads create an ever-intensifying pressure. Coupled with the back-pressure plate, it transforms sludge into impeccably dry sludge cakes.
Self-cleaning: In a continuous symphony of motion, the moving rings dance to the rhythm of the running screw shaft. This keeps the gaps between the fixed and moving rings pristine, evading the clogging troubles typical of traditional dewatering machines.

Special Pre-Concentrating Device, Wide Feed Solids Concentration: 2000mg/L-50000mg/L
The MSP's dewatering section is a marvel, comprising both a thickening zone and a dewatering zone. Within the flocculation tank, a special pre-concentrating device resides. Thus, even wastewater with minimal solids content poses no challenge for MSP, accommodating a vast feed solids range of 2000mg/L-50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
From the sludge storage tank, the journey begins as the sludge is skilfully conveyed to the metering tank by the sludge pump, ensuring a seamless transfer.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
In a meticulously controlled process, sludge travels to the flocculation mixing tank, while residual sludge artfully returns to the storage tank, all regulated by water level adjustments.

BLENDER
With expert precision, polymer flocculant is infused, mingling with the sludge to create robust flocculant. This blend is then smoothly conveyed to the screw's main body for further processing.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Within the screw body, sludge meets its transformative moment. Through the magnificent extrusion pressure, born from altering screw diameters and pitches, it undergoes thorough dehydration.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
As the gap between the moving and fixed rings diminishes, the back pressure plate elegantly dehydrates the decement cake, concluding with the efficient discharge of the mud cake.
