Working Principle:

Thickening: As the robust screw shaft rotates, it drives the innovative moving rings to oscillate gently up and down. This action skillfully extracts most of the water from the sludge in the thickening zone. The captured water cascades gracefully into the filtrate tank, utilizing the power of gravity to complete this stage efficiently.
Dewatering: The expertly thickened sludge advances steadily from the thickening zone to the dewatering zone. Here, the screw shaft's pitch narrows progressively, intensifying the pressure within the filter chamber. Coupled with the formidable back-pressure plate, this clever design effectively expels moisture, forming perfectly dry sludge cakes.
Self-cleaning: The dynamic moving rings perpetually and elegantly rotate under the influence of the screw shaft. This seamless movement ensures the gaps between the fixed and moving rings remain clean, thus preventing clogging—a common issue with conventional dewatering equipment.

The dewatering segment of the advanced MSP (multi-plate screw press) features both thickening and dewatering zones. Additionally, a remarkable pre-concentrating device is integrated within the flocculation tank, allowing the MSP to handle wastewater with low solids content effortlessly. It excels in processing feed solids concentrations ranging widely from 2000mg/L to an impressive 50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
Efficiently, the sludge stored in the tank is conveyed to the metering tank by the reliable sludge conveying pump, ensuring a smooth and consistent flow.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Skillfully metered sludge is directed to the flocculation mixing tank, where adjustments in water levels enable any remaining sludge to return to storage, optimizing the process.

BLENDER
The precise injection of polymer flocculant initiates a chemical reaction with the sludge, producing flocculant that is deftly transported to the core of the screw for further processing.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Within the screw body, sludge undergoes intensive extrusion and dehydration. The formidable extrusion pressure, a result of the cleverly designed variation in screw diameter and pitch, ensures maximum moisture extraction.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
As the gap between the dynamic moving ring and the static fixed ring narrows, the back pressure plate applies additional force, thoroughly dehydrating the sludge cake before it is efficiently discharged.
