Working Principle:

Thickening: Driven by the screw shaft, the moving rings around it ascend and descend. This causes the majority of water to be efficiently extracted in the thickening zone, allowing it to seamlessly flow into the filtrate tank under gravity.
Dewatering: As the thickened sludge progresses from the thickening zone to the dewatering zone, the screw shaft's thread pitch narrows, incrementally intensifying the pressure within the filter chamber. Coupled with the back-pressure plate's force, it results in a superior pressing of sludge, producing remarkably dry sludge cakes.
Self-Cleaning: The moving rings, driven by the running screw shaft, perpetually move up and down. This dynamic action ensures that the spaces between fixed and moving rings remain unclogged, a common issue with traditional dewatering equipment.

The MSP's dewatering section, comprising a thickening and dewatering zone, is enhanced by an internal pre-concentrating device in the flocculation tank. It manages wastewater with low solids content, extending the feed solids concentration range to an impressive 2000mg/L-50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
Sludge stored in the storage tank is efficiently conveyed to the metering tank through the sludge conveying pump.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Precisely metered sludge is directed to the flocculation mixing tank, while surplus sludge is redirected back to the storage tank by modulating the water level.

BLENDER
The polymer flocculant is injected, initiating a reaction with the sludge to form flocculant, which is then conveyed to the screw's main body.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Transported to the screw body, the sludge undergoes extrusion and dehydration under the robust pressure created by variations in screw diameter and pitch.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
In the dehydration segment, the gap between the moving and fixed rings narrows, and the back-pressure plate effectively dehydrates the cement cake, facilitating the discharge of the mud cake.
