Working Principle:
Thickening: As the screw-driven shaft activates, the surrounding moving rings oscillate vertically. This mechanism efficiently extracts water within the thickening zone, allowing gravity to channel it into the filtrate tank.
Dewatering: From thickening to dewatering, the sludge is continuously propelled forward. The screw shaft thread's diminishing pitch heightens chamber pressure, bolstered by the back-pressure plate, to produce substantially drier sludge cakes.
Self-cleaning: The continuous rotational movement of the moving rings along the running screw shaft effectively cleans the gaps between the fixed and moving rings, preventing the clogging common in traditional dewatering equipment.
