Working Principle:

Thickening: As the screw is activated, the ingenious interplay of the moving rings around the shaft facilitates a dynamic motion, squeezing out the excess water. This extracted water gracefully cascades into the filtrate tank, driven by gravity, setting the stage for superior thickening.
Dewatering: The expertly thickened sludge embarks on a seamless journey from the thickening zone to the dewatering zone. Here, the precision-crafted screw shaft, with its narrowing pitch, intensifies pressure in the filter chamber. Complemented by the formidable force of the back-pressure plate, this results in highly compact and dry sludge cakes, ensuring peak efficiency.
Self-cleaning: Ingeniously designed, the continuous motion of the moving rings around the screw shaft ensures the self-cleaning of the gaps between the fixed and moving rings. This innovation eliminates clogging issues prevalent in conventional dewatering systems, promising uninterrupted operation.

Remarkable pre-concentrating device with an exceptionally broad feed solids concentration range: 2000mg/L-50000mg/L.
The dewatering system, known as MSP (multi-plate screw press), integrates both thickening and dewatering zones. With the additional inclusion of a unique pre-concentrating device within the flocculation tank, the system expertly handles wastewater with minimal solids content. This adaptability allows for a wide range of feed solids concentrations from 2000mg/L to 50000mg/L, showcasing its versatility.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
Effortlessly transferring sludge from the storage tank to the metering tank, the sludge conveying pump seamlessly facilitates efficient movement.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Precisely delivering sludge to the flocculation mixing tank via metering, any remaining sludge is intelligently redirected to the storage tank by optimizing water levels.

BLENDER
The polymer flocculant is expertly introduced, causing a transformative reaction with the sludge to form flocculant. This is then conveyed seamlessly to the screw's main body for further processing.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Transported to the screw body, the sludge undergoes a rigorous extrusion and dehydration process, driven by the robust pressure from varying screw diameters and pitch.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
The precision-narrowing gap between moving and fixed rings in the dehydration segment, empowered by the back-pressure plate, ensures maximum dehydration of decement cakes, enabling efficient mud cake discharge.
