This dynamic interaction efficiently expels multiple layers of water from the thickening zone, channeling it elegantly into the filtrate tank through gravitational force.
Dewatering: Witness the transition as the compacted sludge seamlessly progresses from the thickening zone to the dewatering zone. The screw shaft’s pitch becomes progressively narrower, amplifying the filtrate chamber's pressure. The combined effect of heightened pressure and the back-pressure plate produces impressively dry sludge cakes, showcasing unparalleled water extraction.
Self-Cleaning: The continuous vertical motion of the moving rings, driven by the active screw shaft, ensures consistent cleaning of the gaps between fixed and moving rings. This innovative feature effectively mitigates the common clogging issues seen in traditional dewatering systems, maintaining optimal performance.

Our MSP (Multi-Plate Screw Press) features an advanced design with both a thickening and a dewatering zone, complemented by a specialized pre-concentrating device within the flocculation tank. This ensures effective handling of wastewater even with very low solids content, accommodating an exceptionally wide feed solids concentration range of 2000mg/L-50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
Effortlessly transport sludge from the storage tank to the metering tank with our robust sludge conveying pump, ensuring precision and reliability in operation.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
Within the flocculation mixing tank, meticulously metered sludge is processed, with excess redirected back to the storage tank through expertly controlled water level adjustments, optimizing the sludging process.

BLENDER
Experience enhanced flocculation as the polymer flocculant is expertly injected, reacting with the sludge to form effective flocculant structures, seamlessly transported to the screw's main body.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
