Working Principle:

Thickening: With the dynamic symphony of the screw-driven shaft, the moving rings elegantly glide around the shaft, orchestrating a rhythmic up-and-down motion. This graceful dance presses the majority of water out from the thickening zone, allowing it to gracefully descend into the filtrate tank, harnessing the power of gravity.
Dewatering: As the journey of the thickened sludge continues, it persistently advances from the thickening zone into the dewatering zone. The narrowing pitch of the screw shaft's threads ingeniously amplifies the pressure, transforming the filter chamber into a high-pressure powerhouse. Coupled with the strategic back-pressure plate, this process impressively compresses the sludge, producing remarkably dry sludge cakes.
Self-cleaning: In a seamless operation, the moving rings perform a continuous rotational movement, expertly guided by the running screw shaft. This movement meticulously cleanses the spaces between the fixed and moving rings, effectively preventing the common clogging issues that plague traditional dewatering machinery.

The MSP's (multi-plate screw press) dewatering component harmoniously integrates a thickening zone with a dewatering zone, all enhanced by an innovative pre-concentrating device within the flocculation tank. This exceptional design competently manages wastewater with low solids content, supporting an expansive feed solids concentration range of 2000mg/L to 50000mg/L.

SLUDGE TRANSFER PUMP
The journey of sludge begins as it is efficiently transported from the storage tank to the metering tank via the reliable sludge conveying pump.

FLOCCULATION MIXING TANK
In a precise metering process, sludge is channeled into the flocculation mixing tank, while any remaining sludge is skillfully redirected back to the storage tank through a meticulous water level adjustment.

BLENDER
As a polymer flocculant is expertly introduced, it reacts harmoniously with the sludge, culminating in the formation of flocculant, which is then smoothly transported to the screw's main body.

SCREW CONCENTRATION PART
Harnessing the formidable extrusion pressure generated by the screw's varying diameter and pitch, the sludge is transported to the screw body where it undergoes a powerful extrusion and dehydration process.

BACK PRESSURE PLATE DEHYDRATION
Within the dehydration segment, the gap between the moving and fixed rings elegantly narrows. This allows the back pressure plate to effectively dehydrate the decement cake, which is then efficiently discharged as a compact mud cake.
